1. SUBJECT

The subject of this Pre-Information Form for Sales Agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 - Regulation on the Implementation Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, sold by the SELLER to the ORDER GIVER/BUYER.

By accepting this pre-information form, the BUYER acknowledges and accepts in advance that if they approve the order subject to the contract, they will be obligated to pay the price of the order subject and any additional fees such as shipping costs and taxes, if any, and that they have been informed about this matter.
